A young Egyptian actress born in Cairo, started her career with the director Daoud Abdel Sayed playing Hanaa in (Land of Fear) when she was 14 years old. During her studies at the Cairo University, her career kicked off and she worked on 23 films, most notably: (Two Girls from Egypt, The Money, Karma, One Zero, Al Maslaha, Bulbul Hiran, The Big Guys, Bushkash, The Island, Captain Hima, The Ghost, Zaza, A State of Love and Sayed the Romantic) She also acted in a number of series with top Egyptian stars including (My Father The Defendant, -she is also the first young actress to star in a series titled after her character’s name, which is the series (Layali), For the Highest Price, Forced Marriage, Lineage Crisis). Director (Youssef Chahine) dubbed her Arabian Sophia Loren after seeing her in the film (Life is So Amazing), won many prizes, the most important of which was the best actress of 2005 and 2006 in the audience choice awards, she also won an award for outstanding performance for her role in The series (My Father the Defendant) with the star Nour El Sherif, and the 2013 Egyptian Film Association Award for (Two Girls from Egypt). Her latest movie in theaters currently (The Money), and she is currently awaiting the release of her latest work, "The Secret History of Kawthar".
