Synopsis: In Tunis of the 1970s, law professor Khalil Kalsaoui is asked by the ruling party to defend it at the country’s brand-new Human Rights League in a period of tension between the Tunisian government and the syndicates. Meanwhile, he hears that Houda, one of his students with whom he is having an affair, has been arrested in the south of the country along with two Italian journalists.
