Journalist and Film Critic
After his graduation from the French Department, Faculty of Languages, Ain Shams University in 1995, he worked as a journalist and deputy head of culture and arts newspaper in Akhbar Al-Youm Newspaper while overseeing its publication Akhbar Al-Nogoom (2000-1997). Moheb was also head of Arts and Culture in Al-Ahram Arab edition (2006-2010) and anchor at the French European program. He was jury member in many festival including “Un Certain Regard” section at Cannes Festival 2008, Al-Jazeera Documentary Festival 2009, and the reading committee reading of scenarios funded by the National Film Center 2011. He is currently working as a journalist and film critic in Al-Ahram Hebdo while serving as media advisor to the president of Investment Authority. He is also member of the Association of journalists of the North African countries. Has won numerous awards and honors, including Media Excellence from the African Journalists Association, and Francophone Journalism Award in 1998, and honorary trophee from the Egyptian Radio in 2001.
